School Fees Reminder

Dear Parents/Caregivers

Just a reminder that Term 1 fees were posted out over the past few weeks and the Catholic Education Office of Parramatta have extended the due date payable which has not yet been set. We will advise this date as soon as it is available. Please contact Jean Webb on 9208-7239 if you have not received your statement or wish to discuss your account further.

We would also like to confirm that the correct Biller code for all Bpay payments is 565036 St John Paull II Catholic College. Some families may have noticed that their Bpay Reference code is different to the one used last year. This is due to our new finance system and it would be appreciated if these details could be updated when making future payments.

Thank you to those Parents/Caregivers who have paid their fees or have put a payment arrangement into place.

Welcome to 2018 - Information for StJPII Families

Welcome to the new school year at St John Paul II Catholic College!

As we kick off 2018, we would like to remind our StJPII families of some easy ways to 'keep in the loop' with everything happening here at the College.

LIKE our Facebook page: Our official "St John Paul II Catholic College, Schofields & Nirimba" Facebook page is consistently updated with recent news, videos, notices and immediate updates. We courage all parents/caregivers and students active on Facebook to LIKE the page.

DOWNLOAD our Skoolbag app: Our FREE Skoolbag app can be downloaded to any smartphone or device, allowing access to school notes, alerts, news and other important information. Simply search "St John Paul II Catholic College" in your App Store and receive instant updates in the palm of your hand!

Of course, our website remains a main source of information for anything you may need to know about StJPII and our College Office is open during the week, 7.30am - 3.30pm, to answer any of your questions (9208 7200).

Finally, today students received personalised letters including upcoming events and important information for Term 1, 2018. These documents can also be downloaded from the School Notes section of our website and Skoolbag app, along with any other correspondence distributed throughout the year.

Have a great afternoon!

Kind regards,

Schofields Campus Student Drop Off/Pick Up Zone Changes

The Schofields Campus has recently upgraded the student drop off/pick up zone! The drop off zone for our Schofields Campus is located next to the College at Rose Cottage and now has a separate entry drive way and exit driveway.

Although there is some signage, we are looking to improve the signage in these areas to assist with the easy flow of traffic. We ask that parents/caregivers dropping off or picking up students please use the new entry and exit driveways as shown in the image below.
