On Wednesday, 17 October, our Society and Culture HSC students of 2019 visited the NSW State Library and attended a workshop to kick-start their HSC Personal Interest Projects (PIP).
After attending a VERY valuable lecture on academic research, referencing including e-resources students were taken on a tour of the library including 5 levels underground!
Furthermore, the student’s ventured into the Mitchell library which is famous both historically and for its aesthetics as seen in the pictures. Students visited exhibitions and galleries of historical items.
On an end note, we wish the students of 2019 Society and Culture all the best for their PIP major works.
