St John Paul II Catholic College is a Year 7-12 co-educational Catholic College, providing community, pathways and quality education for over 20 years. 

Enrolments for Year 7, 2019 open late February, 2018. We ask that those seeking enrolment for Year 7 in 2019 (onwards) to please complete an "Expression of Interest Form" and we will post you an Enrolment Pack as soon as they are available! 

Enrolments for all current year groups are accepted all year round. Enrolment packs are available from our College Office or have one posted to you by completing our "Expression of Interest Form".

The St John Paul II Catholic College feeder schools, Mary Immaculate - Quakers Hill, St Josephs - Schofields and St John’s - Riverstone will receive their Enrolment Pack when visiting StJPII in February.

Enrolment Procedure

Step 1:

View our facilities

Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. Our Open Days provide a wonderful opportunity for prospective families to view our facilities, meet our staff.

Below you will find all the general information for enrolment with the college from Years 7 to 12, as well as information regarding the application process and campus tours. Step 2:

Expression of Interest Form

Enrolments open in February for Year 6 students seeking enrolment into Year 7.

Families seeking enrolment at our Catholic Learning Community are requested to submit an Expression of Interest for Enrolment. An Enrolment Pack will then be mailed to you.

Alternatively, an updated Enrolment Application will be available to download from our website late February, 2018.


Step 3:

Complete the Enrolment Pack

Our Enrolment Committee reviews all Expressions of Interest in accordance with the Parramatta Diocesan Enrolment Guidelines and Procedures.

If we are able to consider your child for enrolment, you will be issued an Enrolment Pack consisting of several sections which allows the College to best identify your child’s requirements and needs.

The completed Enrolment Application must be submitted in person, at the College Reception, together with all requested supporting documentation. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications.

A non-refundable application fee of $50 is payable at the time of submitting your application.

The St John Paul II Catholic College feeder schools, Mary Immaculate - Quakers Hill, St Josephs - Schofields, St John’s - Riverstone and Our Lady of the Angels – Rouse Hill, will receive their Enrolment Pack in February when the Co-operating Principals visit all feeder schools.

Individual interviews may occur for students from Mary Immaculate, St Joseph’s, St John’s and Our Lady of the Angels at the request of the College or their parents/caregivers. All other applicants will be interviewed.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 4:

Enrolment Interview

Once the COMPLETED application is received it will be processed and you will be asked to attend an Enrolment Interview or receive a letter placing the student on a waiting list pending a vacancy.


Step 5:

Enrolment Acceptance

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Deposit ($300 for Secondary students) by the requested date to secure your position.
