Year 10 Food Technology
Half of the Year 10 Food Technology class completed their practical assessment task. All learners used the opportunity to demonstrate their outstanding skills in the kitchen by producing a range of canapé items including:
- Sushi
- Spring rolls
- Mini Dutch Pancakes
- Tiramisu
- Mushroom and onion tartlets
- Filipino sweet called Turon
We are really impressed with the work ethic and precision to detail demonstrated today by our Year 10 Food Technology learners.
